  • How much do your security screens cost?

    Every screen is custom-made to fit your home, so pricing can vary based on size, configuration, and options. We offer free in-home quotes with no pressure — just honest pricing tailored to your needs.

  • What makes your screens different from standard ones?

    We use marine-grade stainless steel mesh, full-perimeter framing, and heavy-duty hardware designed to resist impact, forced entry, and corrosion — all without blocking your view or airflow.   • Why is the door not opening or closing smoothly?

    Check for any obstructions preventing normal door operation.

    Check that there has been no movement of the house or door frame, this can be seen as a light scrape mark where the door could be rubbing against the floor.

    Try spraying a small amount of WD-40 or liquid (spray) silicon to the hinges. Clean up any overspray with a clean dry cloth.

  • Why is my door not sliding?

    Check if any debris or material is stuck within the door sliding track.

    Check if to see that no part of a curtain, blind or chain is catching the door preventing it from opening.

    Check the track, especially the floor track to ensure it has not been bent or misaligned (this can happen if large and or heavy objects have traversed the track ie: moving furniture).

    Try spraying a light amount of WD-40 or liquid (spray) silicon to the track. Ensure any overspray is cleaned up with a clean dry cloth.

  • How do I clean the security screens?

    Cleaning is easy. We recommend using a soft cloth or sponge with mild soapy water — no harsh chemicals or abrasive pads. Rinse with clean water and wipe dry. For coastal areas, a rinse every few months helps prevent salt build-up and keeps your screens looking new.
